Been eating Paleo since the beginning of the year (for the most part- allow a few cheats) however, this weekend took a toll. I went off the charts Friday, Saturday, and of course Sunday for the Super Bowl. Boy, am I paying for it— feeling super sluggish and lazy. Getting some studying done today will be a rough task. I’d say I need another 24 hours to flush this all out and be a happy Paleo, again.

Nothing wrong with kicking your feet up and relaxing before the wod. Actually it is encouraged. Rest is an important part of any training program that most people ignore. When you rest, your body recovers! That’s right, you rebuild to become a stronger you. SO rest every once in awhile and you will see many benefits from it!

Attitude - the honey badger doesn’t care this isn’t to say that you shouldn’t care about yourself or others. We aren’t talking about respect here, we are talking about an attitude of a winner. Being a winner is the mindset we want to approach. Winners get things done, they continue to make consistent change. This consistent change manifests itself into the goals that you want to achieve. Have an attitude of a winner.
